As Tygna, the creator of this new feature (which was inspired by The Story Siren's IMM), writes, "Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!"
Bought
- "Spell Bound"by Rachel Hawkins
- "The Game of Thrones" Box Set by G.R.R. Martin (Believe it or not but Amazon.ca/.com and Chapters.ca has this box set on sale for $20 for the first 4 books! It's an amazing deal considering if you were to buy the books individually you would pay at least $10/piece!)
- "City of Lost Souls" by Cassie Clare (my review of this will be going up on the blog tomorrow)
- "Insurgent" by Veronica Roth (my review of this will be going up on the blog on Thursday or Friday)
- "Destined" by Aprilynne Pike (I actually reviewed this a few weeks back, I had to buy myself a physical copy of it to complete the series)
- "Shine" by Jeri-Smith Ready (same with "Destined", I had to buy this to complete the series- hopefully I can read this in the next couple of weeks)
Won
- "The Calling" by Kelley Armstrong (Thanks to HarperCollins!)
What books did you add to your shelves this week?

I'm super curious about Game of Thrones (both the books and the show). You have season 1, right? You'll have to tell me how graphic it is (both violence and sexually), because it sounds awesome, but I'm hesitant because of those factors.
ReplyDeleteShineeeee... as you know I am a massive fangirl for that series. Hope you like it. =)
Still haven't bought City of Lost Souls yet! ... Or read Insurgent yet, if you can believe it! I swear I'll get to it soon though!
ReplyDeleteEverybody's been getting Shine and City of Lost Souls and I REALLY want to read Shine! I have City of Lost Souls on my Kindle, and I can't wait to continue reading it. Spell Bound and Insurgent were also really great, so happy reading!
