Review Policy

***Please note that I am currently closed to ALL REQUESTS from authors (review requests, blog tours, giveaways, and so forth).

I apologize for the inconvenience! ***

Since pretty much all I do is read I would more than happy to review a book for you (indie books included!).

While I prefer hard copies of books, I also accept E-books (I have a Kindle). ARCs or Galleys are fine by me. Also, I typically prefer YA books (any genre within that category is find with me- but if you send me a YA paranormal I will be one happy camper), though I am in no way opposed to adult paranormal romance and urban fantasy.

Once I have read your book I will give an honest review of what I think of it. Please take into consideration that I cannot guarantee that my review will be favorable. I will post these reviews on  my blog, Goodreads, LibraryThing, Amazon.ca (I am a Top 500 Reviewer on Amazon.ca- I typically fall around a ranking of 300) and Amazon.com.

At this moment I will make all efforts to read and review your book within a month or so of receiving it (but it could take a little bit longer depending upon numerous factors- the number of other books I have to review, school, and work). Furthermore, I will credit you with providing me with the book and I will state that I received no compensation for the review (as per the FTC Regulations).

I can either post your review as soon as I have finished it or I can wait for a later date (ie. release date as determined by you) to post it. Furthermore, I can work alongside authors in guest posts, interviews, giveaways and whatnot.

If you would like to me to review your book please contact me at averys (dot) book (dot) nook (at) hotmail (dot) ca  (averys.book.nook@hotmail.ca).

***Please note: Accepting an author's book for review is not a guarantee that I will actually review it (due to numerous factors including but not limited to it being a DNF, etc.).***
