Title: "The Golden Lily"
Author: Richelle Mead
Release Date: March 1st, 2012

From Goodreads: "The second thrilling installment in Richelle Mead’s Vampire Academy spinoff series.

Tough, brainy alchemist Sydney Sage and doe-eyed Moroi princess Jill Dragomir are in hiding at a human boarding school in the sunny, glamorous world of Palm Springs, California. The students—children of the wealthy and powerful—carry on with their lives in blissful ignorance, while Sydney, Jill, Eddie and Adrian must do everything in their power to keep their secret safe. But with forbidden romances, unexpected spirit bonds, and the threat of Strigoi moving ever closer, hiding the truth is harder than anyone thought.

Populated with new faces as well as familiar ones, Richelle Mead’s breathtaking Bloodlines series explores all the friendship, romance, battles and betrayals that made the #1 New York Times bestselling Vampire Academy series so addictive. In this second book, the drama is hotter, the romances are steamier, and the stakes are even higher."

  1. I still need to read the VA series first! Eventually I will. I think I'm just burnt out on vampires.

  6. I've just started reading Richelle's Vampire Academy series and am liking it pretty well so far. So I think I'm a few weeks out from starting her spinoff series, but will likely be adding it to my TBR pile.

    Smiles!

  7. I can't wait for Bloodlines. It's been way too long since I've read VA and I miss the characters.

I have this on pre-order but Amazon says May :( I'm keeping fingers crossed for a March release. :)

Thanks so much for taking the time to comment! I really appreciate it!

Though I appreciate awards I have decided to make my blog an "award-free zone". Unfortunately I do not have the time to hold up my end of award-giving. But again, I appreciate you thinking of me!
